In this chart we can see that most cities at the equator or shortly north have humidity levels of at least 45% with the fewest outliers. As you proceed further north or south of the equator (< -20 or > +20 latitude) there are more uniform distributions of high and low humidity percentages. Proximity to the equator implies greater humidity percentages.
